WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES?
General Admission is $13 per person, Fast Pass is $20 per person. If you pay CASH you pay NO TAX and NO SERVICE FEES saving you roughly $1.25 per ticket. There are NO REFUNDS. We now offering Fast Passes, which gets you access to the haunted house by skipping the general admission waiting line (no guarantee of no wait, but much shorter). Tickets and Fast Passes are purchased onsite at our Ticket Booth.
DO YOU SELL FOOD, DRINKS, MERCH?
Yes. We will sell mini doughnuts, candy, water, soda, and clothing. These items are available at the ticket booth.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ENTER?
We have no age restrictions so long as the child is (a) accompanied by adult supervision, and (b) wants to go through on his/her own will with no one forcing him/her through. All kids are different. If you think your children will enjoy the scares, then bring them down. Please use appropriate judgment, and remember there are no refunds.
HOW LONG IS THE WAIT TIME?
This will vary from night to night, but Fridays and Saturdays get busier closer to Halloween. We offer a Fast Pass to avoid the long wait time.
ARE HAUNTERS ALLOWED TO TOUCH YOU?
No. Our actors are trained not to touch any customer for any reason. You will not be grabbed or touched by any actors unless it’s by accident, which does happen. We also ask that you DO NOT touch our actors or any staff members as well as the props and sets. Warning it’s possible one of our actors might touch you or another customer might touch you. You’re taking that risk upon entry. If you feel you have been touched without consent please inform our management. We have a “no touch” rule, but there could be some incidental contact. Don’t touch the actors and they won’t touch you.
ARE YOU CLOSED IF IT’S RAINING?
We are open rain or shine.
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?
No, we do not allow alcohol or illegal drugs in any part of the Haunting Experience or on the property.
COULD WE BE FILMED?
YES, we make videos all the time for the promotion of our haunted house. Additionally we have a security system that films everything. By entering the haunted houses are you agreeing to allow your image to be used.
IS THERE ANY COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS?
We are following CDC guidelines, masks are not required. If you feel ill, please stay home.
GENERAL WARNING
WARNING: EVIL FALLS – HOUSE OF TORMENTED SOULS may involve intense lighting, strobe lighting, fog, gore, loud music, and dark – claustrophobic spaces, uneven ground and walkways. If you are concerned about any of these elements, please consider before entering. Do not use flashlights, cameras, video, cell phones, glow sticks, laser lights while inside the haunted house. Enter at your own risk.
CAN I GET THROWN OUT?
If there is a reason to suspect you are intoxicated, being aggressive, or hostile, we reserve the right to remove you from the premises. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone for inappropriate actions or conditions. Violators face eviction from the event with no refund.
DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?
No, parking is FREE. There is parking on Railroad Street and in the Municipal Lot across the street (West) from the Haunted House.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
You may be on uneven ground, various surfaces, or steps. Please wear comfortable shoes (no open toe or high heels) and clothes for such activities. It can be cool in October in Northern Wisconsin, so please dress for the weather and possible wait in line before entering.
WHAT ABOUT BAGS AND BACKPACKS?
No large bags or backpacks. You will not be allowed to enter with them. We recommend leaving purses and other items that can be dropped or lost in your vehicle.
CAN WE TAKE FLASH PHOTOS?
Yes and No. No photos or video inside the haunted house. We recommend you keep your phones in your pocket so they are not dropped or lost. Outside you are welcome to take pictures of any of the characters or other photo ops set up and you’re free to use your flash.
WHAT CAN'T WE BRING?
No pets. No weapons. No alcoholic beverages. No drugs. No cigarettes. It is also recommended to leave your valuables at home, like cell phones, purses, loose jewelry and more. We do not stop production to search for lost or missing items. All lost or missing items will be searched for after the close of business. We are not liable for lost or missing items. You may wear face masks and gloves.
DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
No we do not. You can however gift your tickets to anyone you want. In other words if you purchase a ticket or fast pass you can give them to someone else.
HOW MANY IN A GROUP?
EVIL FALLS – HOUSE OF TORMENTED SOULS is best experienced in groups of 4 people or less. We will determine the group size allowed to enter at one time.
